WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

We can help you to better understand your organization

  1. Are you satisfied with the major activities assigned to each unit?

  2. Would you like to change the boss and reporting relationships?

  3.  Is the structure (table of organization) built on logic or did it just evolve?

  4. Should you rethink how your resources (budgets) are distributed?

  5. Who has the power in your organization?

  6. How is the power distributed?

  7. Can you say the information flow is efficient and effective?

  8. Do some units bypass their bosses regularly in getting things done?

  9. Would you describe your organizations as youthful, in its prime, mature-stable, old-bureaucratic, or moribund?

The Hershey Corporate Lifecycle Assessment can answer these questions, and suggest changes to help maintain your organization in its prime or youthful condition or to restore it to its prime or youthful state.
