Daniel Hershey is the President of Basal-Tech, Inc.,
President of the Hershey Foundation for the Study of Aging Systems, and
Professor of Chemical Engineering and a Fellow of the
Dr. Hershey studies the factors which affect the health of a corporation, such as overlapping activities, its structure (table of organization), power distribution, and information flow : factors affecting the corporation’s efficiency, lifecycles, and longevity.
Books he has written in this area include “Hershey Corporate Lifecycles”, ”Designing an Optimal Corporate Structure”, “Diagnosing an Organizational Bureaucracy, Volumes I and II”, “Establishing the Age of a Corporation”, and “Hershey Corporate Lifecycle Assessment”.
